Beef Checkoff celebrates 25 years of success

In the 1985 farm bill, Congress created the National Beef Checkoff.  In 2011, the Beef Checkoff marks its 25^th year. How has the program made a difference over the years? Since 1986, when the program was put into action, beef checkoff funded programs have worked in a variety of ways, such as telling the story of beef nutrition, developing new products, and promoting all that beef has to offer consumers.
