Missouri Cattlemen's Convention - December 12 & 13
MBIC's Board of Directors will meet Thursday December 11 in Springfield prior the start of the 2008 Missouri Cattlemen's Convention. MBIC's special guests will include Lucinda Williams of Hatfield, Massachusetts, a dairy producer and current vice-chair of the Cattlemen's Beef Board and Dr. Carol Lorenzen with The University of Missouri Meat Scientist. Mrs. Williams will address current national beef checkoff efforts and Dr. Lorenzen will speak about Food Defense.
